We are also available to provide 2-hour workshops or 4-hour intensives at your dance studio, park district or fitness center.  We require a minimum of 4 participants, a room with mirrors on the wall and a floor suitable for dancing.  Please contact us for more information.

Intro to Belly Dancing Workshop

Arlington Heights Park District Senior Center

Instructor Kara Kowert conducts this unique 4-wk program on belly dancing.  You will learn basic as well as some intermediate techniques.  Kara will have you moving your hips with proper positioning for a program that’s sure to be good exercise and great fun!  The music adds to the ambience in this workshop.  Please bring a scarf that can be worn around your hips.  Wear comfortable clothing.  This is a contracted program, not refundable.
