The Desert Opal Dancers include women from diverse backgrounds and interests who share a love for the dance and the desire to relax and de-stress among friends.

Some of the Desert Opal Dancers returned to Abrevaya's Dance Oasis in 2009 and performed a Dark Cabaret choreography by their instructor, Kara.  They are shown below, back stage, right before their performance.

Some of the Desert Opal Dancers performed at Abrevaya's 2008 Dance Oasis at Main West High School.  They are shown here with their instructor, Kara, just moments before they went on stage.

Many of the Opals performed a Tribal Fusion group choreography with instructors, Cat and Kara, at the Spring 2008 WWW Student Showcase in Arlington Heights.
